AIKYA provides a software solution for tracking vehicles like buses, trucks, vans, taxis, tankers, etc. through high end customized GPS devices and the use of web / mobile based customized application.
System can be used to monitor the fleet movement with AIKYA provided map and any missing point or route deviations can be alerted over SMS to the concerned officials. The users will be able to view the vehicle movement, number of trips done on a day, route covered, vehicle performance etc.
Features:
- Live Tracking: Get all of the vehicles related information, including Vehicle Number, Status Time, Vehicle Speed, Vehicle Status and Current Position in textual Format.
- Playback Tracking: Playback vehicles information, including Vehicle Number, Vehicle Speed, Vehicle Position on map with route.
- Detailed History on Map: Detailed history of vehicle movement is provided on map. Previous (for the last 3 months) travel history of vehicles with every stop located on Google Map can be viewed.
- Locate Stoppage: This is provided to view previous days stoppage of vehicle across different locations on a map.
- Export tracking data to spreadsheets
Alerts:
- Geo – Fence Alert: This feature is to make sure that the vehicle stays within the specified boundaries. Whenever a given vehicle goes off limits or comes back in to the limits, an alert is sent to the owner.
- Speed Alert: This feature is to make sure that the vehicle is running within the set speed limit. Whenever a given vehicle runs off the limits an alert is sent to the owner.
- Overstay Alert: This feature is to make sure that the vehicle does not stay more than the limit set up by the rules on a given spot. It gives an alert if the stay time is more than the time as set..
- Digital Input / Output Alert: This feature is set to recognize vehicle ignition on/off.
- Power cut / Tamper GPS device Alert This feature gives an alert if the power is cut to the GPS device or if someone tries to tamper with the device.
- GPS On/Off: This feature gives an alert based on the GPS signal being on/off.
- Idling This feature gives an alert on vehicle idle with the ignition / engine on.
- Towing This feature gives an alert on any kind of vehicle movement with the ignition / engine off.
