We manufacture the implants in Bangalore using high end 3D printing equipment dedicated solely for medical implants using FDA approved titanium material.

Our custom implants are superior in quality, affordable by the patients and are delivered the fastest. It’s seamless and frictionless process is very surgeon – friendly and requires minimal intervention and effort. The malleable design allows for minor intra-operative adjustments to achieve the perfect anatomical fit thereby significantly reducing the surgery time and achieving higher level of predictability and accuracy.

How it works:

Patient Data: The hospital/surgeon shares the patient’s CT scan DICOM images with us.

Design & Approval: We design the implant and get Surgeon’s approval within 36 hrs.

Print & Dispatch: The approved implant is 3D printed using FDA approved, medical grade Titanium and delivers to the hospital within 72 hrs.

Sterilize & Use: The implant can be sterilised using standard procedures like autoclave before using for surgery.
