Labour Collaboration Platform: AI based localised labourer search engine

This will be a comprehensive portal where workers will be listed based on their skill (training received, experience, age and health factor) and availability, making the process of providing employment opportunities to these workers across different projects easy and intuitive.
Employers / Contractors can post new job opportunities and skill requirement to identify and attract the right talent.
Training Centers can post new training available to spread awareness about opportunities and also entice workers to register for the training program.
Workers can keep their profile up to date, increasing their chances of being employed by general public or by contractors.
This allows the department to also keep a tab on the different aspects of the worker, from employment to skill development and training.
The Department felt the need to get the details of the workers registered, verified and digitized for easy distribution and communication of benefits of the scheme.
